With electronic grade material, the filter element is combined with the shell molding without any adhesive, effectively reduce the risk of precipitation.
• Good cleanliness
The whole production process are in the clean room,and the filters are flushed with the ultrapure water before delivery. Also the double vacuum packaging to ensure the cleanliness of the product before using.
